    The Clock Tower Room meeting room, the old cash office from Brunel’s boardroom suite, has the capacity for 18 people in boardroom style or 30 people theatre style.

    Room hire includes:

    • HD TV Screen for presentations
    • Plenty of power sockets for training sessions or board meetings
    • Video and audio conferencing system (available on request)
    • Fast WiFi
    • Flipchart and pens
    • Two large white boards for more interactive seminars or meetings
    • Additional room for serving refreshments

    Further catering options available.

    Our prices exclude VAT and are offered on a two hour minimum booking basis, Monday – Friday. Day rate is based on our 9:00am – 5:00pm opening hours.

    All of our Engine Shed events spaces and meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible.

    Catering for your needs

    Our catering partner can provide a full variety of options for your meetings and events at Engine Shed, from breakfast pastries, to buffet lunches, evening canapés, and a range of drinks. Their menu gives full details of what is on offer. Just let us know what you’d like to eat and drink, and we will place your order on your behalf when your room booking is secured.
