Front of House Host vacancy

The role

Our Front of House Hosts are the first point of contact for customers using the University’s Enterprise Services. As a key member of the team running the high profile Engine Shed business centre, world-class SETsquared Business Incubator and pioneering Quantum Technology Innovation Centre (QTIC), you’ll be ensuring that customers have an excellent experience every time they interact with us.

 

What will you be doing?

You will be host to our visitors, members, and tenants; welcoming and actively engaging with entrepreneurs, city and business leaders, innovators and academics.

You take room bookings, keep up the standards of our customer service and deal with incoming calls and enquiries from existing and potential clients of all occupants of Enterprise Services facilities.

 

You should apply if

You have proven administrative, reception and customer service experience with good IT skills and the ability to learn to use new systems.

You have experience in completing tasks requiring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

You can prioritise your own workload and demonstrate tact and sensitivity throughout your duties.
